Before this file goes to Sir John Shuckburgh I think that the Progress Reports registered as No.6 should be detached and registered separately.

e can then be considering what, if anything, can be done to remedy the shortages mentioned in the reports (lorries, Health Officers, malariologists, light transport, pharmacists quarter masters' staff and D.A.D.M.S.(Stores) whilst this file goes to Sir John Shuckburgh to see the Report at No.5.

I should like to see this file again as soon as Sir John Shuckburgh has finished with it.

Moyd ought to see and we ought to consider the question of giving some publicity to the

accounts of the services rendered by Dr. Selwyn-

Clarke during internment. I agree that we should

also let the Foreign Office have a list of the Japanese nationals who gave assistance to

Dr. Selwyn-Clarke.
